Easter, 1999. This act was in retalliation for what Tim and I did to Emily Jolley's car on April Fools day.
This is a 1984 Volkswagon Vanagon with 170,000+ miles on it. We drove this car until it melted, literally.

On May 3, 1999. The engine ceased. My dad is always really good about checking the oil, so we know it wasn't due for an oil change. We didn't see it burn any bluish smoke, and there was no oil spill on the engine. So what happened? We don't know.

This is where the van currently resides. A junkyard on Bridgeport among the other has beens.
